Laurel Miller, Nathan Barham and Triston
Slater all take the Gold medals in their event at the prestigious Russell
Blount East Coast Invitational in Durham, NC.
Miller won the 15-16 Girls High Jump
clearing 5 3, while Slater took the 17-18 Mens Pole Vault gold clearing
156 (tying the meet record) and
narrowly missing 166 in an attempt to set a Canadian Youth Record.
Nate Barham 11-12 boys ran the 400M in
under a minute for the first time winning the finals in 59.96. Barham also
finished 4th in the 100m 13.16 and 200m 26.80
