Laurel Miller, Nathan Barham and Triston Slater all take the Gold medals in their event at the prestigious Russell Blount East Coast Invitational in Durham, NC.

Miller won the 15-16 Girls High Jump clearing 5’ 3”, while Slater took the 17-18 Men’s Pole Vault gold clearing 15’6” (tying the meet record) and narrowly missing 16’6” in an attempt to set a Canadian Youth Record.

Nate Barham 11-12 boys ran the 400M in under a minute for the first time winning the finals in 59.96. Barham also finished 4^th in the 100m 13.16 and 200m 26.80

Quavante Bass 9-10 boys 800m 6^th 2:48.15 & 1500m 4^th 5:28.69

Elecia Thomas 11-12 girls 3000m 2^nd 13:39.0 & 1500m 4^th 5:43.72

Jadia Powell 11-12 girls 800m 2:43.51 & Turbo Jav 4^th 19.18m

Naveh Harmon 13-14 girls Shot Put 6^th 8.33m & Discus 7^th 18.80m

Ramone Garnett 15-16 boys Shot Put 6^th 11.41m & Discus 7^th 31.0m

Troy Fisher 17-18 Men 400m 4^th 50.14 & 800m 4^th 1:59.52
