The 24^th Annual Winfield Classic Track Meet

Where: Winfield High School

Date: April 19^th, 2013

Time: Scratch Meeting at 3:45, Field Events at 4:00, Running Events at 4:45

Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1

This will be a two session meet. The eight fastest times in trials will run in finals.

Entries: Each school must use Hytek Team Manager Lite to submit their entries for the meet. Meet event files will be posted on Runwv in March. Each team may enter 3 athletes in an event. You may substitute, but not add names before the meet. Please list your best times for each athlete so heats may be arranged correctly. The entry fee is $40.00 per team or $80.00 for boy/girl team. The fee for a B team is $25.00. ENTRY DEADLINE IS APRIL 17^th.

Awards: 1^st Place team trophy boys/girls

2^nd Place team trophy boys/girls

High Point Trophy boys/girls

Individual Medals for 1^st place

Ribbons 2^nd thru 6^th place

· All ribbons/medals will be placed in packets that can be picked up at the finish line building at the conclusion of the meet.

· Meals will be provided for each head coach and one assistant.

· A concession stand will be open for participants and spectators.

· If needed, coaches may be asked to help with the meet.
