Washington Irving Middle School 8^th Grade Special

The Washington Irving Middle School Girls and Boys Track and Field teams would like to invite your 8^th graders to the 2013 version of,

“The Hilltopper 8^th Grade Special”

This meet is for 8^th graders ONLY!

When: Wednesday, May 1, 2013 - Coaches meet at 4:00 pm “On the Green”

Where: Robert C. Byrd track,…….Clarksburg, WV

Who: All 8^th graders

How much: $25.00 entry fee per school.

Checks to: WIMS Athletics (memo to 8^th grade special).

Awards: 1^st and 2^nd place High Point trophy…girls and boys. No team awards!

There will be a gate admission fee!

*Registrations via Hy-Tek event files will be on RunWV, are to be sent to

lsteele@ma.rr.com by April 29, 2013 - 9:00 pm.

Look for the files on RunWV coming soon!

*Parking is at the Main lot in front of RCB - Busses come to main Gate.

*All events are available with the 3200 and 400 during the field events.

*All current rules will be enforced.

*Special note………Coaches, if you get involved with field events, things will go faster……and receive a meal ticket.
