SAQB Club “Let’s Move” Middle School Invitational

Saint Albans High would like to invite you to participate in the SAQB Club “Let’s Move” Middle School Invitational. The SAQB Club is sponsoring this event as a fundraiser for the Physical Education program. All proceeds will go toward the purchase of new equipment. Please help us improve our program as you compete in this early season meet! Below you will find information concerning the event.

Sponsor: SAQB Club

When: Tuesday, March 26^th, 2013 beginning with field events @ 4:30.

Where: Laidley Field/ UC Stadium, Charleston, WV

Cost: $75 per school (ex: 1 Boys and 1 Girls Varsity Teams)

$40 per team (ex: 1 Boys or Girls Team)

$20 per additional team (ex: “B and C” Teams)

Awards: Team trophies for 1^st and 2^nd place, ribbons 1^st-6^th place for events. A High Point Champion plaque will also be awarded.

Entries: 2 athletes, per team, per event.

Hospitality: A hospitality room will be set up for coaches, officials, and workers. Meal tickets will be issued the day of the event.

Registration: E-mail Michael “Tank” Scarbro @ mscarbro@kcs.kana.k12.wv.us to identify your intent to participate. A reply e-mail will be sent with a cover letter, additional information and e-mail an Hy-Tek event file. This will be a 10 school meet on a first come, first serve basis.
