When: Saturday, May 4th
Where: Elkins High School Track
Event
Times: Coaches Meeting – 9:30am; Field Events – 10am. Less than 6 teams, we will run a one session
meet, more than 6 teams, we will run two session.
Entry
Fee: A $50.00 entry fee will be assessed for two varsity teams; $35.00 for one
varsity team;
or $5.00 per individual.
Track
Description: 8 lane All-Weather Track (repaired & painted summer of 2011)
Concessions:
A concession stand will be provided by EMS Boosters
Coaches
Packet: These will be available at the meet site on arrival. They will
contain
meet directions, scratch forms, etc.
Admission
Fee: Coaches and athletes are free; spectators are required to pay.
Team
Tents: There are limited bleachers, so please bring team tents.
Awards:
Plaques for team champions and runner-up.
Plaque for high point boy and girl. Ribbons for places 1-6.
