Entries: Teams are permitted to enter as many athletes per event
as they wish.
All entries must be submitted by email
through Team Manager Lite. See http://www.midlandrunning.com/HyTek/index.htm for program download. The event file is available on http://www.runwv.com. When naming your team in Team Manager Lite,
use your WVSSAC school code as the team code.
Send all entries to Pat@tristateracer.com.
Entry Deadline is Monday April 29, 2013. Entries must be received by
Midnight.
Scratches: All scratches/adds are due no later than
4:15 on meet day. These can be made at
the “Track Shack” beside the finish line. You can email early scratches/adds to Pat@tristateracer.com by 12:00 noon on meet day.
Cost: Entry fee is $40 per team or $70 per school. Please make checks payable to “Hurricane High
School.”
Complimentary Snacks will be available to the
coaches at the meet.
