Coaches: 

        This is your invitation to the 10th annual Ernie Chattin Memorial at Ashland Athletic Complex on the campus of Paul G. Blazer High School.  All Kentucky high school track and field events will take place.  Please refer to the meet schedule below. LIMITED TO THE FIRST 16 TEAMS.  Reserve a spot by emailing kevin.stepp@ashland.kyschools.us .  This meet will be Fully Automatic Timed.

 

Entry Fees and Entries:

Team Fee              $60  (boys and girls separate)

You may enter a “B” team for an additional $60.

Individual Fee $10 per athlete

Please list accurate times/performances for your athletes and relays.  HEATS and FLIGHTS ARE DETERMINED BY ENTRIES. SUBMIT ACCURATE TIMES and MARKS.

The entry deadline is 4:00 pm  April 16, 2013.   Hytek entries can be emailed to phillip.caudill@ashland.kyschools.us. Heats and lane assignments will be based on entries as of this deadline.  Entries limited to two individuals in all individual events. One relay team per school in each relay.

 

Meet T-Shirts:

Short-sleeve meet t-shirts will be on sale the day of the meet. 

 

Admission:

Adults $4            Students $2

Concessions and bathrooms will be available.

 

Amenities:

There will be a coaches lunch provided.  Each head coach entering a team will receive a meet t-shirt. Coaches send t-shirt size with entries.

 

Awards/Scoring:

Relay and event winners will receive a medal.  Second thru eighth place will receive a ribbon. 

 

Team trophies will be awarded to the first, second, and third place teams. 

 

The Ernie Chattin Memorial Award will be given to the individual with the most outstanding performance as determined by games committee.

 

Scoring will be 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1.
