Hello Coaches,

Here is the information for the Bobcat Invitational on April 20, 2013. If you plan to attend, please email jdavisso@access.k12.wv.us.

· We will be running a SINGLE SESSION meet unless we exceed six teams. You will be notified in advance if we change it to a TWO SESSON meet

· Coaches need to check in at the press box near the finish line to pick-up packets and make final scratches before 10:00AM.

· First call for field events will begin at 10:00AM with running events to begin at 10:30AM.

· We would greatly appreciate it if you could email scratches and adds to us by NOON on Thursday, April 18. Email changes to cmcress2000@yahoo.com

· 3 athletes per event maximum. Please make sure you have times/distances on your entry. Otherwise, your athletes will not get the preferred lane assignments.

· Remember your pole vault forms with the proper signatures.

· The entry fee is $70.00 per school (boys & girls). Entry fee for a single team is $35.00. Make checks payable to DCMS track and mail to: Jennifer Davisson, Doddridge County Middle School, 65 Doddridge County School Road, West Union, WV 26456.

· Ribbons will be awarded for 1st through 6^th place, team awards for 1^st and 2^nd place, possibly third depending on the number of teams, and high point boy and girl.

Entries will only be accepted through Hytek. Event files will be available on www.runwv.com.
