Washington Irving Middle School is happy to host the annual MVB Bank “First Call” Track and Field Meet

Where: Robert C. Byrd High School Track Complex, Clarksburg, WV

Schedule: *Coaches meet- 9:30 a.m. “on the green”.

NOTE: Press box will be open early for changes, but NO ADDS!

*”FIRST CALL” - 9:40 a.m. Field Events.

Report to Venues!

G-Shot/B-Discus….G- High Jump/B- Long Jump…then...G –PV / B-PV.

*Field Events - 10:00 a.m.

*Running Events- 10:20 a.m.…..G- 4X800 Relay

*A One-Session Meet…..with a BREAK after the 400’s.

We may run the 3200 during the field events!

What: An ‘All Comers’ style contest.

*All your athletes with 14 practices may participate.

*All 18 events - G/B.

· Hy-Tek TM entries only, DO NOT bring hard copy to the meet.

*Event Files will be posted on RunWV.

NOTE: ALL participants must be pre-registered via HY-TEK.

*ALL ENTRIES MUST BE IN BY Wednesday, 21^st.

Cost: $60.00 per both – G/B. $30.00 for one team.

*No High Point or ribbons.

General Information: A Gate admission fee will be charged.

*Busses/Coaches park at Main Gate.

*All others park at Main Lot.

*Concession is available.

*No dressing facilities.

*Eagle Eye Timing System

Scoring: As per WVSSAC.

* Only top three in each event, per team.
