will be the first high school meet at our brand new facility. Some of the features of our renovated track
and field complex include:

Sound System
Hurricane
High School has made an all out effort to create one of the best track and
field venues in the state. All
indications are showing that this new track is very fast and runner friendly.
Times: Field Events – 4:30, Running
– 5:00
It is preferred that all scratches are emailed to srooper@access.k12.wv.us before
2:30; however, scratches may be turned in at the meet before 4:15.
No
substitutions after this time.
Meals will be provided for coaches
with a WVSSAC Coaching Card.
Awards: Plaques for 1st
and 2nd Place teams, as well as High Point
Ribbons for places 1st
– 6th.
Entries: One
Team ONLY. Unlimited per open event
(athletes MAY NOT exceed 4 event rule) and one relay.
There will be a “one mile”
exhibition race for anyone interested (excluding those who are currently
members of a middle school or high school track team). If you would like to enter, please send your
name, age, and gender to the address at the bottom of the page. There is no fee for entering this race;
however, we will be accepting donations.
Entry Fee:
$40.00 per team or $70.00 per school.

must be submitted by email through Team Manager Lite. The program may be downloaded at http://www.midlandrunning.com/HyTek/index.htm. The event file will be available on
Runwv.com. When naming your team in Team
Manager Lite, use your WVSSAC school code as team code.
