Oak Hill Warm-up Meet

Where:                        Oak Hill High School

 

Time:                          2:00 P.M. – Scratch Meeting

2:30 P.M. – Field Events

3:00 P.M. – Running events

 

Cost:                           $30 per team - $50 for both boys & girls

                        Make checks payable to Oak Hill High School

 

Entries:                       You may enter 3 athletes per event

 

Scoring:                      10-8-6-4-2-1

 

Awards:                      1st and 2nd Team awards

                                    1st - 6th place Individual ribbons

                                    Boys and Girls high point awards

 

Deadline:                    Please have entries (or at least names) to me by

Friday- March 16, 2012

Lunch will be provided to head coaches and assistants

-Concessions will be open-

 

 

All timing will be F.A.T. with Eagle Eye timing software.  Coaches will not be asked to help with timing.  I will need help with field events.
