to me using that event file only.
Scratches
are due by 2:00 on Thursday, May 3rd. You may either email (jckimble@access.k12.wv.us) or Fax
them to TCHS at: 304-758-9006, Attn. Coach JC Kimble.
Last
minute scratches will be accepted the day of the meet but please keep these to
a minimum, (and none after 3:30 p.m.)
Entries: 3 athletes per event maximum, 4
events per athlete
Awards: Medallions
for places 1-3 and ribbons for places 4-6
Team plaques for 1st-
2nd places
Trophies
for overall high point boy/ girl
Field
Events:
3 attempts
in the shot put, discus, and long jump, finals to follow.
Use your own implements.
All implements are subject to inspection.
Each pole vault contestant must have the required form with proper
signatures. Please use the WVSSAC pole vault weight verification form. All pole
vault contestants must hand this completed form to the official at the event
prior to participating. Call if you need one.
Running
events:
This is a two session
meet and we will follow the WVSSAC schedule of events. Call or email if you
need one.
We will run trials
during the first session and one heat of finals for each race in the 100, 200,
100HH and 110HH in the second session.
Equipment: ¼” Pyramid spikes on the track and runways
only! (Not in the stands!)
½ Tennis balls may be
used on the track during relays. Adhesive
tape may only be used to mark in the high jump pit area only.
