2013 ELKINS IRWIN

INVITATIONAL

 

Location: Elkins High School

 

Date: Saturday, April 6th  

 

Event Times: Coaches Meeting – 9am; Field Events – 9:30am; Running Events – 10am

 

Entry Fee: A $100.00 entry fee will be assessed for two varsity teams; $65.00 for one

             varsity team; or $5.00 per individual.

 

TEAMS:  There will be a limit of 10 team entries (first ten responses reserve a spot).

 

Track Description: 8 lane All-Weather Track (repaired & painted summer of 2011)

 

Timing:  Timing will be FAT, on the NEW computer system purchased by Elkins High.

 

Concessions: Concessions will be served out of the newly constructed concession stand by         

                       Elkins High Boosters.

 

T-Shirts: There will be Irwin Invitational T-Shirts available for sale.

 

Coaches Packet: These will be available at the meet site on arrival. They will

                         contain meet directions, scratch forms, etc. There will also be a

                         complimentary breakfast and lunch for all coaches.

 

Admission Fee: Coaches and athletes are free; spectators are required to pay.

 

Team Tents: There are limited bleachers, so please bring team tents.

 

Awards: First three teams receive plaques. Ribbons will be awarded for places 1-6.
