The WVSSAC has released the new classifications for the 2012-2013 through 2015-2016 school years. There has been quite a bit of movement: Moving Up to AAA - Oak Hill, Shady Spring, Point Pleasant. Moving Down to AA - Nicholas County, North Marion, Bridgeport, Robert C. Byrd, East Fairmont, Fairmont Senior. Moving Up to AA - None. Moving Down to A - Greenbrier West, Magnolia, Sherman, Tyler Consolidated, Tug Valley.

This will likely change the Regional Alignment landscape as the new teams are filtered into existing regions and teams are moved to keep geographic balance. I don't know when that will be decided or announced.
