SUBJECT: State Meet Information
Please remind all state track qualifying coaches of the following
information:
1)
A completed rooming list must be turned in when a coach picks up his/her
state meet packet. Check the WVSSAC website for approved hotels/motels to
insure that your school receives their reimbursement.
2) Each school is allocated two passes for coaches. Requests for additional passes for board approved and paid coaches must be submitted to Ray Londeree by May 17th. The request must be on school letterhead and signed by the principal.
3) If requested, schools may be issued one (1) “field pass” for school photographers/media personnel. The request must be on school letterhead and signed by the principal. It must be submitted to Lou-Ann Lanham-Henson at Laidley Field by May 16th. (Fax Number 304-348-6559). There will also be a designated area near the finish line in the bleachers for these personnel.
