Ohio Valley Elementary School Track and Field Championships

Check in for pre-registered athletes begins at 10:00 - - - Day of registration begins at 9:30

The Ohio Valley Elementary School Championships is a track and field meet open to all K-6 students.

Participation Fees - $7.00 for pre-registered athletes received prior to June 2

$10.00 for day of meet registration

Event Limits – Students may compete in a maximum of 4 events

Running Events – All events are finals and all running events will be timed with automatic timing. Running events will be run on the track, NO ATHLETIC CLEATS ALLOWED.

Competition Grouping – Students will compete in the following groups: K-1^st, 2^nd-3^rd, 4^th-5^th, 6^th. Also, girls and boys will compete separately.

Awards – Ribbons for 1^st-3^rd in each competition grouping. Trophy to the grade school scoring the most points: 1^st place = 10 pts, 2^nd place = 8 pts, and 3^rd place = 6 pts.

There will be a $3.00 admission fee for fans and the concession stand will be open.
