High School Coaches:
I would like to invite you to participate in the return of the Buckhannon-Upshur High School Invitational. The meet will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2011 at Buckhannon-Upshur High School. Hope to see many of you on April 21!
Time Schedule: We will follow the order of events for a “Two Session” meet. The meet will be on a rolling schedule and begin with a coaches meeting at 3:30 p.m. Please try to arrive by 3:00 p.m., due to the traffic and school ending at 3:10 p.m. Field events will begin at 4:00 p.m. and running events at 4:30 p.m. There will be a 20-30 minute break between the first and second session.
Awards: Medal or Trophy for 1st place finishers
Ribbons for 2nd – 6th place finishers
High Point Award for both girls and boys
Team Champion Award for both girls and boys
Deadline and Entries: You may enter 3 individuals in each event and 1 relay team. Entries are due on or before Sunday, April 17, 2011. Please email your entries using Hy-Teck Meet Manager to: butrackcoach@yahoo.com. You may substitute on meet day, but no additions. Event file can be found on www.runwv.com.
Scratches: Scratches are due by 3:45 p.m. directly following the coaches meeting. You may also email your scratches before 12:00 p.m. on meet day.
Entry Fee: $60.00 per team
$90.00 for both girls and boys teams
