Coaches,
I would like
to thank you for your interest in the “Bobcat Invitational” being held on April
16, 2011.

We
will be running a SINGLE SESSION meet unless we exceed six teams. You will be notified in advance if we change
it to a TWO SESSON meet
·
Coaches
need to check in at the press box near the finish line to pick-up packets and
make final scratches before 10:00AM.
·
First
call for field events will begin at 10:00AM with running events to begin at
10:30AM.
·
Entry
Deadline is Wednesday, April 13th at 2:00 PM.
·
We
would greatly appreciate it if you could email scratches and adds to us by NOON on Friday, April 15. Email changes to cmcress2000@yahoo.com

sure you have times/distances on your entry.
Otherwise, your athletes will not get the preferred lane assignments.

Remember
your pole vault forms with the proper signatures.
·
The
entry fee is $50.00 per school (boys & girls). Entry fee for a single team is $25.00. Make checks payable to DCMS track and mail

Davisson,

Ribbons
will be awarded for 1st through 6th place, team awards for 1st
and 2nd place, possibly third depending on the number of teams, and
Entries will only be accepted through
Hytek. Event files will be available on www.runwv.com.
