Coaches,
I would like
to thank you for your interest in the “6th Grade Championship” being
held on May 3, 2011.

We
will be running a SINGLE SESSION meet.
·
Coaches
need to check in at the press box near the finish line to pick-up packets and
make final scratches before 4:30PM.
There will be no adds the day of the meet, we
don’t want to hold the meet up on a school night.
·
First
call for field events will begin at 5:00PM with running events to begin at
5:30PM.
·
We
would greatly appreciate it if you could email scratches and adds to us by 3:00PM on Monday, May 2. Email changes to cmcress2000@yahoo.com
·
At
this time we are not limiting your entries per event. If the meet size exceeds 6 teams, we may
limit the number of entries. Please make
sure you have times/distances on your entry.
Otherwise, your athletes will not get the preferred lane assignments.
·
Remember
your pole vault forms with the proper signatures.
·
The
entry fee is $40.00 per school (boys & girls). Entry fee for one team is $20.00. Make checks payable to DCMS Track and mail
to: Jennifer
Davisson,

Ribbons
will be awarded for 1st through 6th place, team awards for 1st
and 2nd place, and
Entries will only be accepted through
Hytek. Event files will be available on www.runwv.com.
