Hello Coaches,
It is once
again track season ad I hope this finds everyone well. I would like to take this opportunity to
invite you to Tyler Consolidated Middle Schools Invitational being held Friday
April 9.
- We
will be running this meet as a single session meet. I do not plan keeping
everyone here until midnight.
- Packet
pick up at 4:00 in press box.
- We
will get started at 4:30 with field events. Running Events at 5:00. You must have all last minute scratches
to press box by 4:00.
- We
would greatly appreciate it if you could email or fax scratches by noon on
Friday. This will help us get

- 3
athletes per event maximum. Please
make sure you have times/distances on your entry. Otherwise, your athletes will not get
the preferred lane assignments.
- Remember
your pole vault forms with proper signatures.
- The
entry fee is $50.00 per school. If
your school is bringing a girls or boys team only, the fee is $25.00.
- The
entry fee can be brought with you the day of the meet.
- Ribbons
will be rewarded for first through sixth places, team plaques for the
first place girls and boys.
- Make
sure your kids are properly equipped and ¼’’ pyramid spikes are
the maximum size allowed.

If you and your assistants can help us at the events of your
choice, I would greatly appreciate any assistance I can get. Please let me know if you or someone you know
