entry must be emailed to me by:

a.m. Tuesday, March 29th 2011!
I will have the event file posted on runwv.com for you to use. Please
email your entry to me using that event file only.
We
would greatly appreciate it if you could mail your entry fee to us no later
than Tuesday, March 29th. However, entry fees may be hand delivered the day of
the meet. If you did not pay your fee
last year don’t bother coming.
Scratches are due by 2:00 on Friday, April 1st. Fax them to TCHS at:
304-758-9006, Attn. Coach Joe Semple.
You may also email them to me at the above address. (Please do not email them to me Friday
evening and expect me to have them in time for the meet.) Please call to confirm
that we received your faxed or emailed scratches.
Last minute scratches will be accepted the day of the meet but please
keep these to a minimum, (and none after 10:30 a.m.)
Entry Fee: $40.00
per team or $80.00 per school for both boys and girls teams
Entries: 3
athletes per event maximum, 4 events per athlete
Awards: Ribbons
for First through Sixth places
Team
plaques for 1st- 3rd places
Plaques
for overall
Field Events: 3 attempts in the shot put, discus, and long jump, finals to
follow.
Use
your own implements. All implements are subject to inspection.
Each pole vault contestant must have the
required form with proper signatures. Please use the WVSSAC pole vault weight verification
form. All pole vault contestants must hand this completed form to the official
at the event prior to participating. Call if you need one.
Running events:
This
is a two session meet and we will follow the WVSSAC schedule of events. Call or
email if you need one.
We
will run trials during the first session and one heat of finals for each race
in the 100, 200, 100HH and 110HH in the second session.

Pyramid spikes on the track and runways only! (Not in the stands!)

Tennis balls may be used on the track during relays. Adhesive tape may only be used to mark in the high jump pit area only.
Please
contact our Athletic Director, Ryan Walton, or myself ASAP if you plan to
attend.
Do not assume that you
are on our list simply because you attended last year. We have a limited amount
of space and it will be on a first come first served basis.
