Hello Coaches,
It is once again
track season and I hope this finds everyone well. I would like to take this opportunity to
invite you to Tyler Consolidated Middle Schools Invitational being held Friday,
April 8th.
- We will be running this as a SINGLE SESSION meet. I do not plan on
keeping everyone here until midnight.
- Packet pick-up at 4:00 in press box
- We will try to get started at 4:30 with field events. Running
events at 5:00.
- You must have all last minute scratches to the press box by 4:00.
- We would greatly appreciate it if you could email or Fax scratches
to us by noon on Friday. That will help us get started on time. Fax
Attention: Coach Rodak, at 1-304-758-2148.
- 3 athletes per event maximum. Please make sure you have
times/distances on your entry. Otherwise, your athletes will not get the
preferred lane assignments.
- Remember your pole vault forms with proper signatures.
- The entry fee is $50.00 per school. If your school is bringing a
boys or girls team only, the fee will be $25.00.
- The entry fee can be brought with you the day of the meet.
- Ribbons will be awarded for first through sixth place, team plaques
for the first place girls and boys through third place.
- Make sure your kids are properly equipped and 1/4"
pyramid spikes are the maximum size allowed.

already use Hytek, I will post the meet event files on www.runwv.com. Please
use this if at all possible and email your entry to this address: crodak@access.k12.wv.us. by 9:00 a.m.
Wednesday.
If you must enter your team the old way, (paper entry), Please use the generic
entry form from www.runwv.com and fax it to me NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, April 5th,

If you or your assistants can help us at the event(s) of your choice, I
would greatly appreciate any assistance I can get. Please let me know if you or
