List all
competitors in the name column, as they appear on your WVSSAC eligibility form.
2.
When entering a
competitor in an event, please list the time, height, or distance for the
competitor. Coaches may be asked to
substantiate an entered time, so have supporting documents for proof.
3.
Relay Teams: If you wish a
competitor be entered in a relay, place and “X” in the appropriate relay
column. Enter your relay times at the
bottom of the form.
4.
Please print
clearly. Use a ballpoint pen. Do not use a felt tip pen. Names will be entered as they appear on the form, we are not responsible for misspellings.
