Ø What is Potential Plus?
Potential Plus designs sports-specific conditioning for athletes. This
particular class is for high school and middle school track athletes desiring
elite conditioning to improve “trainable qualities” as they relate to track
& field. These “trainable qualities” include speed and acceleration,
strength, form running, core and abdominal strengthening, explosive power and
jumping (i.e. vertical jump), balance, lateral agility, flexibility and overall
body control. Each participant will be
pre and post tested to demonstrate improvements. In the past, numerous All-Conference,
All-State and Division I, II, & III track & field athletes have
participated in this program with excellent results! This is an excellent pre-season program that
conditions athletes to meet the physical demands of track & field and
reduce the risk of injury.
