Event Times: Coaches Meeting – 9am; Field Events – 9:30am;
Running Events – 10
Entry Fee: A $75.00 entry fee will be assessed for two
varsity teams; $45.00 for one
varsity team; or $5.00 per
individual.
Track
Description: 8 lane All-Weather Track
Concessions: A concession stand will be provided by Elkins
High Boosters.
T-Shirts: There will be Irwin Invitational T-Shirts
available for sale.
Coaches Packet: These will be available at the meet site on
arrival. They will
contain meet directions, scratch
forms, etc. There will also be a
complimentary breakfast and lunch for all coaches.
Admission Fee: Coaches and athletes are free; spectators are
required to pay.
Team Tents: There are limited bleachers, so please bring
team tents. Please remind
parents/spectators to
bring chairs to set on.
Awards: First two teams receive plaques. Ribbons will be awarded for places 1-6.
