Gatorade has announced their West Virginia Gatorade State Track Athletes of the Year. For the boys, the selection was Liberty Harrison's Brandon Franklin. He scored 36 points at the State Meet placing 3rd in the 100 Meter Dash and winning the 200 Meter Dash, 400 Meter Dash, and Long Jump. For the girls, the selection was Frankfort's Bria Welker. She scored 38 points at the State Meet, placing 2nd in thh 100 Meter Dash and winning the 200 Meter Dash, 400 Meter Dash, and Long Jump. Congratulations to the two winners.
