PRESS RELEASE: Indoor Track & Field

The Capital City Striders, youth track & field Club will conduct sign ups & practice on Saturday January 15, 2011 at 9:00AM at M.L. King Recreation Center on Donnelly Street in Charleston. Workouts are open to public participation and all ages are welcomed for Indoor Competition and/or winter training.

The Striders will be developing a team of all age youths to compete in several Indoor meets in contiguous states.
