Greetings coaches!

Meet Information
When: Saturday, April 18th, 2009 @ 9:00am. There will be a brief coaches meeting @ 8:15am at the finish line house.
Where:
Entries: Entries for high school teams will be limited to 1 entry per relay event, and 3 individuals per team in each event. An athlete may not be entered in more than 4 events. Entries will be done on Direct Athletics due by April 15th, 2009.
High School Entry Fee: Entry fee is $70 per gender, so a team bringing both boys and girls the cost would be $140). Entry fee should be mailed to:

Scratches: All scratches should be turned in during the coaches meeting the morning of the meet.
Field Events: High schools will contest the high jump, long jump, pole vault, shot put, and discus. No high school athlete will be allowed to enter the triple jump, javelin, or hammer throw. All field events will be run with a preliminary and a final, three attempts in preliminaries with the top seven competitors receiving three additional attempts in the final.
Track Events: Heats will be seeded and run fastest to slowest.
NOTE: There will be NO 4x200m relay or shuttle hurdle relay.
Sanctioning: The meet will be sanctioned by the WVSSAC and the NFHS for interstate competition. All schools must be a member of their State High School Association.
