Because of conflicts with the Russ Parsons Invitational at Parkersburg High School and the Noon Relays at Marietta High School we have had to move the Yellowjacket Middle School Classic to Saturday, May 2.

The meet will still begin at 10 a.m. and will be held as a one-session meet. Coaches are asked to contact Jim Butta via e-mail at jbutta_1999@yahoo.com or via cell phone (304) 210-0962 as soon as possible. This will be a limited entry. We have a six-lane track so we would like to keep the number of teams to around 12-15.

Competition will be held in two divisions -- 6th grade boys and girls and 7-8th grade boys and girls -- with team awards going to the top 2 teams in each division as well as awards for the top six finishers in each event.

Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience this change may have caused, but it was necessary at this time Hope to see you on May 2.
