Potomac Valley Conference Meet

Hosted by Berkeley Springs High School

When: Tuesday May 5, at 1:00 pm. Coaches and team captains meeting will be @ 12:10 pm.

Where: Berkeley Springs Track and Field Complex

Entries: One (1) relay per team in each event, three (3) individuals per team in each event. Entries are due by Tuesday, April 28^th at 3pm. Event files will need to be downloaded from Runwv.com and entries emailed to dmundey@access.k12.wv.us. Final Scratches/additions will be needed by May 3.

Scratches: Only scratches will be allowed the day of the meet.

Meet Directors: Chad Brinegar, A.D., Dave Mundey, Head Track Coach

Other:

We will run a West Virginia one session meet schedule.

Pole vault will be contested.

We will be utilizing a fully automated timing system. 

No electronic equipment will be allowed inside the fenced in area around the track. (cell phones, walkmans, ipods, etc.)

T-shirts will be on sale and the concession stand will be open.
