Middle School Track Coaches:

It is our privilege to invite you to participate in the 2^nd Annual McDonalds/George Washington High School Middle School Classic. The meet will be held on Friday March 27^th, 2009 at the University of Charleston Stadium in Charleston, WV.

Reserve your spot now since the number of teams is limited.

Dinner will be provided for all coaches. (No athletes please)

Time Schedule: We will follow the order of events for a “One Session” format as listed in the WVSSAC Interscholastic. This will be a rolling schedule. The meet will begin with the field events starting at 4:30 PM and the running events starting at 4:45 PM. All times are final and there will be 4 throws in shot and discus and 4 jumps in long jump.

Awards: Team Trophies for 1^st and 2^nd Places.

Individual Medals for 1^st place, Ribbons for 2^nd – 6^th places.

High Point Trophy for both boys and girls.

Entry Sheets: You may enter 2 contestants in each event. You may substitute, but not add.

Scratch Sheets: Turn in a scratch sheet by 3:30 PM or sooner.

Deadline: Monday March 23^rd, 2008 by 4:00 PM.

Entry Fee: Make Check Payable to GW Girls Track

$45 Varsity Team

$80/for both a Boys and Girls Varsity Team

$20/ “B” Team or $10/Individual
