To Coaches of Teams that expressed an interest in attending this year's Cline Stansberry Invitational,

This is just an update on the info for the Cline Stansberry Invitational. At this point we believe that there will be 8 teams coming to the 2009 Cline Stansberry Invitational: (One of the most important items is listed last!)
Doddridge, Gilmer, Liberty, Lincoln, Ritchie, South Harrison, Williamstown, Wheeling Central

We have addressed this e-mail so that at least one coach from each school will get this information. If you are not the only track coach from your school on the above address list, please share this info with the other track coach. Thank you.

Reminders:

1) It will still be a two-session meet on Friday, April 24.

2) Field Events will begin at 3:30pm

3) Running Events will begin around, but not earlier than, 4:00pm

4) Deadline for entries:
Friday, April 17 if faxing (775-655-5335)
Monday, April 20 if using e-mail with the Team Manager (Hy-Tek) Program (Please use this method if at all possible!)

5) Entry Fee: If faxing $30/team ($60/school for boys and girls)
If using Team Manager (Hy-Tek), $25/team ($50/school for boys and girls)

New Info:

1) Due to the relatively small size of the meet, we will allow 4 entries per team for each laned running event and 4 entries for each field event. We will allow unlimited entries for races 800m or longer. We will also allow "B" relays.
