Coaches,

       The Saturday,  April 26th Track and Field  meet at RCB track  is a:

-No Fee...............no ribbons or stuff.

-One session with short break after the 400 m Dash.

-A and B teams allowed BUT ONLY three entrants per event.

-A and B relays allowed.

-10:00 a.m. coaches meeting....Scratch/Add here.

-Field events at 10:30.............with running events soon after.

-as usual,  if you have people to help............they are always welcome.  (especially thru the 100)

* NOTE: 

-If you are coming to the 6th Grade meet on Wednesday the 23rd....bring your entries for the 26th then!

-If you are not coming to the 6th grade meet on wed.     E-mail your entries to Mike or me at
