2009 ELKINS IRWIN
INVITATIONAL

Date: Saturday, April 4th, 2009
Event Times: Coaches Meeting- 9am; Field Events- 9:30am;
Running Events- 10am
Meet: The meet will be run as a two-session meet
this year.
Entry Fee: A $75 entry fee for boys and girls, $45 for
one team only.
Track
Description: 8-lane all weather
track.
Concessions: A concession stand will be provided by Elkins
High Boosters.
T-Shirts: There will be Irwin Invitational T-shirts on
sale at the meet.
Coaches Packet: These will be available at the meet site on
arrival. They will
contain meet directions,
scratch forms, etc. There will also be a
complimentary breakfast and lunch for all
coaches.
Admission Fee: Coaches and athletes are free; spectators are
required to pay.
Team Tents: There are limited bleachers, so please bring
team tents. Please remind
parents/spectators to
bring chairs to set on.
Awards: First two teams receive plaques. Ribbons will be awarded for places 1-6.
Entry Deadline: Friday, March 27th, 2009. Entries may be hy-tek or by paper.
