”FIRST CALL “ Invitational Track and Field Meet, Saturday

March 24, 2007 at Robert C. Byrd track complex in Clarksburg, WV.

See important *NOTE below.

- A One session meet.

*$30.00 per school: B/G. $20.00 per single team.

*Rosters are not needed before the contest, but try to call if you are coming!

-All athletes that have ‘14’ practices prior to 3/24/07 may participate.

*This is a good time to determine who can do what in competition!

*Uniform regulations according to the event Games Committee!

*Jewelry and Relay rules will apply.

-10:00 a.m. Coaches meet in the Press box (where it will be warm).

* Heat Sheets for “running events“, and Officials meet with Coaches/Team Reps.

-10:10 Field events registration at each arena.

-10:15 1^st call: Field events as per SSAC 2007 rulings.

-10:30 1^st call: Running events as per SSAC 2007 rulings.

*Scratches/Adds can be made ‘on the fly’ , but PLEASE keep these at a minimum, and only with a Coach at the Clerk of Course table.

-Athletes not competing must remain in stands, NOT In the Field House!

-Tents allowed, but DO NOT wear spikes in the bleachers!

-Concession available.

-Main Gate area parking for Busses ONLY!

-Top 3 Team Trophies G/B, and Top 6 Individual ribbons….No high point!
