ENTRIES TURNED IN ON OR BEFORE APRIL 19TH WILL BE LISTED.

LIMITED TO THE FIRST 14 BOYS TEAMS & 14 GIRLS TEAMS! PLEASE E-MAIL US IF
YOU WANT TO RESERVE A SPOT!
ENTRIES; Three (3) individuals
from a school in the individual events.
Four
(4) individuals from a school on a relay plus 2 alternates.
NOTE: Remember individuals may not participate in
more
than 3 events.
Relays will count as one of the athlete’s events.
RELAY CARDS: We realize that names will change on meet day
but do the
best
you can at getting your names right.
Relay cards will be
given
to the clerk as they report on meet day.
ENTRY FEES: $35 for each team. (Boys and Girls Separate)
or
$60 for BOYS and
GIRLS combined or
$15 for a B Team if
you need more events or
$5 per individual(s).
If entering by using Hy-Tek (an event file
will be sent out prior to the meet) there will be a $5 discount per team.

ENTRY FORM: Make sure you list the best performances of
your athletes on
the
entry form. Putting nothing down for a
performance will have
your
athlete in a slow flight or heat.
Awards: Team awards will be presented to the
top (2) teams and will be
presented as soon
as possible at the conclusion of the meet. Individual awards will be a
trophy for event winners and ribbons
for 2nd-8th places in individual events.
Relay awards will be trophies for the event winner(s) and ribbons for 2nd-8th
place.
Scoring: 10 – 8 – 6 – 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1
Three individuals from a team may score.
General Information: We will stay as close to the schedule as
possible but it will be a rolling schedule so make sure your athletes know what
that means.
Coaches
it is very important that you acquaint your athletes with track etiquette as
this will carry over through the entire year.

Boys
Long Jump followed by Girls Long Jump.
Girls Triple Jump followed by Boys Triple Jump. Boys Shot Put will be followed by Girls Shot
Put. Girls Discus will be followed by
boys Discus. Boys and Girls High Jump
and Pole Vault will be conducted at the same time, but scored separately.
Long
Jumpers and Triple Jumpers will receive 3 jumps. Shot putters and discus throwers will receive
3 throws.

We are also going to try to have a turbo-javelin competition at this meet. This
will be an exhibition event and will not affect team scoring. Awards will be
given though. The event will consist of three throws for each competitor. More
information will be provided at the meet. This event will not count towards an
athlete’s three events.

meet all of the academic and other eligibility rules.

Please complete this form in the following manner. For each entry, list the name of the
competitor (last name first), year in school, and then using the example below,
list the events the athlete will be participating in and the qualifying mark in
the space below the event. Remember that each athlete will be given an event
number and we will use that number to identify them during the meet. Remember
that each school can only enter three individuals in an event and that athletes
can only compete in three events. A relay event would count as one event for
that athlete. Schools that bring an "A" and "B" team would
be eligible to enter three "A" team athletes and three "B"
team athletes per event. Please fill out the relay entries with four team
members and two alternates. Please type in information in all of the
