Please be sure to have entries emailed to cmcress2000@yahoo.com by 3:00PM April the 9th. You will receive a copy of your entries to proof read on Thursday. So please leave a Fax number that they can be sent to.

Also any changes must be made by 3:00pm April 13th.

There will only be scratches on Saturday NO ADDS except for relays legs. Be sure to include times for all runners, if you don't the computer will put them in the slow heat. Make sure you include the names of any alternates so they can get a competetitor number.
