Just a few reminders for the coaches attending meets at Bridgeport this season:

We had a cancellation for the Harry Green MS Invitational, so we have one opening. If you are interested go to www.BridgeportTrack and register.

ENTRIES
As always there are NO ENTRY FEES for any meet at Bridgeport. In order for us to do that, we are requiring the use of the Hy-Tek Team Manager Lite or Team Manager software for your entries. The Team Manager Lite software is available for free download from our site ( www.BridgeportTrack.com ). Instructions for using the software are also available on our site. You will also need the appropriate MEET EVENT FILE for the meets you are attending. These files are also posted on our website.

ENTRY DEADLINES
For the Harry Green Invitational your entries should be emailed (griff@bridgeporttrack.com) by April 14th for the Middle School meet and by April 15th for the High School Meet.

For weekday meets you can email your entries the day before the meet or bring them on meet day on a 3 1/2" disk, CD, or flash drive.

ENTRY LIMITS
For the Harry Green Invitational you are allowed 2 individuals in each event and 1 relay.
For the weekday meets you are allowed 3 individuals in each event and1 relay.

RESULTS
During all meets (even weekday meets) results will be posted at the finish line building for coaches, athletes and spectators. Following a meet, complete results will be sent to local TV stations, newspapers, RUNWV.com, and WVRunners.com. You can also pick up complete printed results or an electronic results file saved to your 3 1/2"disk or flash drive at the finish line building.
