ENTRIES:
Three (3) individuals from a school in the individual events.
Four (4) individuals from
a school on a relay plus 2 alternates.
There
are no paper entries. Entries will be
conducted the day of the meet in the marshalling area of each event. It will be coaches responsibility to email
rosters to pcaudill@ashland.k12.ky.us
in return coaches will get competitor numbers for their athletes prior to race
day. These numbers will go on the right
hand of each athlete, allowing us to use the computer scoring for the
meet. AN ATHLETE WITHOUT A NUMBER WILL
NOT BE RECORDED IN MEET RESULTS.
NOTE: Remember individuals may not participate in
more
than 3 events.
ENTRY FEES: $20
for each team. (Boys and Girls Separate.)
$35 for BOYS and GIRLS combined.
B teams are an additional $10 per
team.

Awards: Team
awards will be presented to the top 2 teams and will be
presented
as soon as possible at the conclusion of the meet. Individual awards will be
ribbons for the top 6 places in individual
events. Relay awards will be
ribbons for the top 3 teams.
Scoring:
10 – 8 – 6 – 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1
General Information: We
will stay as close to the schedule as
possible
but it will be a rolling schedule so make sure your
athletes
know what that means.
Coaches
it is very important that you acquaint your athletes
with
track etiquette as this will carry over through the entire
year.

Boys Long Jump
followed by Girls Long Jump. Girls
Triple Jump followed by Boyss Triple Jump.
Boys Shot Put will be followed by Girls Shot Put. Girls Discus will be followed by boys
Discus. Boys and Girls High Jump will
be conducted at the same time, but scored separately. Boys and Girls pole vault will be ran together beginning at
6:00pm.
Long Jumpers and
Triple Jumpers will receive 3 jumps.
Shot putters and discus throwers will receive 3 throws.
