FAT TIMING MPSSAA
SANCTIONED
RULES & REGULATIONS:

This meet will have prelims, semis & heats
if needed for the 100, 200 and 100/110 hurdles. All other events will be finals
only, places determined by time.
v
MPSSAA rules will be followed.

NO audible radios or tape players allowed.
·
JEWELRY RULE WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR ALL EVENTS.
·
Relay teams must have identical school issued
uniforms.
·
There will be Weigh-in for throwing implements
& Pole Vault.
CONTESTANTS
MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR COACH OR SCHOOL REPRESENTATIVE
AWARDS:
Medals for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd and ribbons for
4th thru 6th place in each event.
Trophies
awarded to the 1st & 2nd place boys and girls team. Plaques to 1st
place relay.
SCORING:
10-8-6-4-2-1 for all events.
ADMISSIONS:
$5.00 for adults $4.00 for students (children under the age of seven free.)
T-SHIRTS:
Meet t-shirts will be on sale for $10.00 (M-XL) $1 more per X.
PROGRAMS:
Meet Programs will be on sale for $2.00
PARKING:
Free parking will be available for buses and car.
COACHES
MEETING: Coaches will meet at 9:15 a.m. on the track infield.
Coaches, managers, & spectators
ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE TRACK OR THE INFIELD.

FEES: $80.00 PER TEAM ($150.00 IF ENTERING BOYS & GIRLS TEAMS) IF YOUR
SCHOOL HAS FEWER THAN 4 MEMBERS, YOUR FEES ARE $10 PER INDIVIDUAL.

In consideration of your accepting this entry, I hereby for myself and my child/ward, my heir, executors and administrators, and those of my child/ward, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the Potomac Valley Association (PVA), William Vaughan, the Freddie Hendricks Track Festival, Mergenthaler High School, all sponsors, race officials, workers, and volunteers, their representatives, successors or assigns, from ANY AND ALL claims of liability, whether foreseen or unforeseen, for any death, personal injury, or property damage arising out of, or in the course of my participation in the Freddie Hendricks Track Festival. I further grant full permission to Freddie Hendricks Track Festival, and/or its agents, and those authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any record of this event for any lawful purpose.
