Ritchie County Coach, Greg Henger, will host a "throws clinic" for athletes interested in the shot put and discus. Coach Henger will be assisted by Preston High Throws Coach, Richard Goff. The clinic will be held at Preston High School on Saturday, March 13th. Coach Henger has developed a strong throws program at Ritchie County High School with numerous athletes earning all-state honors. Below is the schedule of the days events.

THROWS CLINIC AT PRESTON HIGH
9:30 - 12:00 Discus Technique
12:00 - 12:30 Lunch
12:30 - 3:00 Shot Put Technique
