We would
like to invite you and your team to the 1st annual Ernie Chattin
Memorial at Ashland Paul Blazer Track Complex.
Our track complex features an 8-lane rubberized track with a legal pole
vault pit. We have brand new
locker/bathrooms and concession stand areas.
All Kentucky high school track and field events will take place. Please refer to the meet schedule below.

Entry
Fees and Entries:
Team Fee $50 (boys and girls separate)
Individual Fee $7
per athlete
Please list accurate times/performances for your athletes
and relay teams.
The entry deadline in May 4th, 2004 at 3:00pm. Entries can be
emailed/mailed/faxed to the addresses provided on the entry forms. Heats and
lane assignments will be based on entries as of this deadline.
Meet
T-Shirts:
Short-sleeve meet t-shirts will be on sale the day of the
meet for $10.
Meet t-shirts will include the names of all schools
competing.
Admission:
Adults $3 Students
$2
Concessions and bathrooms will be available.
Amenities:
There will be a coaches lunch provided. Each head coach entering a team will receive
a meet t-shirt.
Awards:
Relay and event winners will receive a trophy. Second and third place in each event will
receive a medal. Third thru Sixth place
will receive a ribbon.
Team awards will be awarded to the first and second place
team. A combined team award will be
given to the highest point total accumulated by a boys and girls team from the
same school.
Ernie Chattin Memorial Award will be given to the
individual with the most outstanding performance.
