A reminder for all coaches attending meets at Bridgeport this season:

We will be using the Hy-Tek Team Manager Lite software for entries at all meets this year. This software helps ensure your athletes names are spelled correctly, provides you with detailed results for all meets (even weekday meets), saves time and money on mailing entries, and allows us to start meets much more quickly. If you do not have this software you can download it free from our website (www.BridgeportTrack.com) under Meet Information or you can contact me to receive a free copy on CD. The event files to use with the software are also available on the site for all meets at Bridgeport and hopefully for the Gazette Relays and certain Regionals. There is also information for all the meets and printable paper forms for the Harry Green Invitational. Remember that paper entries for the Harry Green need to be accompanied with a check for $60.00 per school. As always there is NO ENTRY FEE if you use the Team Manager Lite software.

Our new finish line building is ready to go for this season. This means that the coaches & captains meetings prior to the weekday meets will be held at the finish line (no more climbing 2 flights of stairs!). For the Harry Green we will still have our meeting in the Field house in the 2nd floor film room and the Hospitality Room will still be held in the cafeteria of Johnson Elementary next to the track. For all meets scratches, results, questions, concerns, awards, complaints, etc. will be addressed at the finish line building. We hope the new arrangement will help centralize our staff and allow for more efficient meet management. With the new building we will also have Internet access during and following the meet. This will allow us to email results to coaches following the meet if they desire and to provide real time meet results to our website during the Harry Green Invitationals and possibly the weekday meets.
