To the best of our knowledge, these are the 2003 qualifying standards for the state meet.

The top 4 placers in each event at regional meets will qualify for the state meet. In addition, any participants who meet or exceed the following standards for field events at their regional meet will also qualify, regardless of their finishing place at the regional meet.
