Each meet will follow a rolling schedule, with girls going before boys and youngest age groups first.

(Flats or Track Shoes with ¼” or less spikes may be used.) Come ready to run – rain or shine!

Limit: Age 4-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12 – Only three events, including relays

Limit: Age 13-14, 15-16, 17-18 – Only four events, including relays

Limit: Open (19-29), Sub-Master (30-39), Master (40-49), Master/Master (50-59), Grand Master (60 +)

Age groups may be combined to keep on schedule. Awards will be given 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd in each age group.

13-14 100 M Hurdles (G-30”, B-33”), 200 M Hurdle (30”), 100 M, 200 M, 400 M, 800 M, 1600 M, 3200 M, Long Jump, High Jump, Long Jump, Shot Put (G-6 lb, B-4kg), Discus (1 kg), 4x100, 4x400

All other Age Groups 100 M Hurdle (G-33”), 110 M Hurdle (B-39”), 300 M Hurdle(G-30”, B-36”), 100 M, 200 M, 400 M, 800 M, 1600 M, 3200 M, High Jump, Long Jump, Discus (G-1kg, B-1.6kg), Shot Put (G-4kg, B-12 lb), 4x100, 4x400
