Entries: Entries should be submitted on Athletic.net by 6pm Wednesday, October 21st. You may enter up to 10 athletes, but only 7 may start the race.
Timing & Results: A camera system will be used for the recording order of finishers and timing of the races. Results will be posted on athletic.net at the conclusion of the meet.
Awards: Medals for the Top 10 All-Region Individuals
Plaques for the Regional Team Champions (provided by the WVSSAC)
Tickets: Tickets will be available for purchase online (more information to be provided in the pre-meet notes) or on-site (cash only). Ticket prices are set by the WVSSAC.
Restrooms: Restrooms are available in the Soccer Fieldhouse by the concessions and in the lower floor of the soccer fieldhouse. Also restrooms are available in the locker room of the middle school.
Parking: Carpooling is encouraged! Volunteers will be assisting with parking. Parking is located around the middle school/elementary school and overflow parking is located below the stadium fieldhouse. There will also be a designated area for handicap and coaches/team parking. Refer to the parking map that will be included in the pre-meet notes for more information.
Team Tents: There will be a designated area behind the starting line/along the soccer field fence where teams can set up their tents.
Check-In: Coaches can pick up their team packets containing bib numbers, course maps, and state meet qualifier info upon arrival at the pavilion by the finish line. Starting box assignments will be listed on the front of packets. Athletes should report to the starting line at least 10 minutes prior to the start of their race to check-in with the official.
Shirts & Concession:
Regional T-shirts will be sold at the race (more info to come). Concessions will be available in front of the soccer fieldhouse.
Course: This is a true cross-country course with rolling hills and plenty of wooded sections. The entire surface is well maintained and entirely spike friendly. There is no asphalt or road crossing on the course. It is a coaching and spectator friendly.

State Qualification Standards: Your athletes may qualify for the state meet in two ways:
*As a Team (Boys and Girls)
Each region will quality the Top 3 teams for the State Championship.
*As an Individual
Each region will qualify five (5) individuals exclusive of the qualifying teams. If a Region has no qualifying teams, the Top 10 individuals advance to the State Championship
