Course: The 2025 A/AA Regional Championship will be held at Holly Gray Park in Sutton WV. Tent City will be on the baseball field. Starting Line will be located just behind the Stage and the Finish will be just behind the baseball field. The Course starts out with rolling fields and then heads up on the trail through the woods.

- All athletes must be on eligibility sheet with names spelled correctly

- All entries must indicate class/grade level

- Enter 10, Run 7 any of those 10 can run at the State Meet if your TEAM qualifies

Deadline: All entries and rosters must be received by Tuesday October 21st, 2025

Qualifying for State Meet:

To qualify as an INDIVIDUAL: Top 5 Exclusive of Qualifying Teams, with a minimum of 10 advancing

To qualify as a TEAM: Top 3 Complete Teams

Admission: $7 for Adults, $5 per Student required by WVSSAC

Parking: Buses will park in the large field behind the baseball field and vehicles around the horse rink.

AA- Berkeley Springs, Braxton County, Frankfort, Lincoln, Moorefield, Petersburg, Phillip Barbour, South Harrison.

A- Clay-Battelle, East Hardy, Notre Dame, Paw Paw, Pendleton County, Trinity Christian, Tucker County
