4:00 pm -- Middle School Girls 3k

4:40 pm -- Middle School Boys 3k

5:15 pm -- Middle School Awards

Awards: Top 15 Medals individuals Team - 1st place team trophy for each division

5:30 pm -- High School Girls 5k

6:20 pm -- High School Boys 5k

Directly after High school boy 5k -- High School Awards

Awards: Top 15 medals for individuals Team - 1^st place team trophy

Location: The course is located at Dundon Baseball Field, across Dundon Bridge when entering the town of Clay. The course will start at the ball field and continue on wide gravel roads. A portion of the course will drop down beside Buffalo Creek into a short, wooded area. There is one creek crossing just before the finish at the ball field, weather permitting. An alternate course will be utilized if needed. This race will use chip timing for scoring. We will have access to restrooms and concessions.

DIRECTIONS:

From Wallback (Exit 34): Turn onto WV-36 towards Clay. Travel 7 miles. At the fork in the road, keep left onto WV-4. Travel 2.5 miles and turn right at the Go-Mart. Travel 1.2 miles and turn left onto the bridge. At the end of the bridge, take the first right. Destination will be one mile ahead on this road.

Meet Information: There will be a $5 general admission fee for spectators. We will have spotters in all areas to help runners, as well as an athletic trainer available.

Entry Fees:

$100.00 for both High School teams

$75.00 for one High School team

$100.00 for both Middle School teams

$75.00 for one Middle school team

$15.00 per Runner. For incomplete teams.

We will accept unlimited runners for each High School and Middle School team. However, please know that only the top 7 runners will be used for team scoring.

Deadline: All entry fees and rosters must be received by September 20th, 2025.
