Tyler Consolidated Middle/High School XC Invitational

When:

Tuesday, September 10^th

**Make sure to have all entries in to athletic.net no later than Friday, September 6^th.

Where:  BOREMAN ELEMENTARY/TYLER COUNTY FAIR GROUNDS

Schedule:

4:30 PM Middle School Girls

4:55 PM Middle School Boys

5:20 PM High School Girls

6:05 PM High School Boys

Awards: 

Awards will begin shortly after the high school boys’ race.  All awards will be presented in the entertainment pavilion area.

• Individual Awards:  1-10
• Team Awards:  1-2

Entry Fees:

·         High School - $30 for each team ($60 for boys and girls)

·         Middle School - $30 for each team ($60 for boys and girls)

·         $5 per runner for individuals without a full team

**Make checks payable to "TCHS Athletics”.  If you don’t mail in your check before race day, please turn in your entry fee at the packet pick-up area when you check in on race day.**

Packet Pick-Up:

Packets can be picked up at the canopy by the start line.  Box assignments will be written on the front of each team packet.

Course:

The course start/finish area will be located by the large pavilion/metal building area—behind the metal building.  It is a flat course that loops around the fair grounds and Boreman Elementary.  It will feature one creek crossing as well.  

Concession Stand:  

The concession stand will be located in the TCHS Band Boosters fair booth.  

Canopy Location:

All canopies will be set up along the fences behind the entertainment pavilion on both sides.

Parking:  All coaches, buses, and parents MUST ENTER the second entrance by the baseball fields.  Please avoid using the school entrance to Boreman Elementary, as school will be in session.  We will have volunteers directing traffic to the designated parking areas.

· Bus Parking:  field beside Tyler County Speedway/baseball field area

· Spectator/Coaching Parking:  field beside the large white barn

· Handicap Parking:  field beside the large white barn (row closes to the start line)

T-Shirts: 

• T-shirts will be provided by Inspire 111 from Belpre, Ohio.  T-shirt sales will be near the concession stands.
