2024 Spartan Invitational

Saturday, October 5^th, 2024

COURSE:  Will be running primarily on grass, with some areas of gravel, packed dirt and pavement on couple crossings.  Extremely spectator friendly with just about 100% View of the runners at all times. 

RACE TIMES:         8:30am Course Opens

                                    10:00am High School Girls

                                    10:30am High School Boys

                                    11:00 HS AWARDS

                                    11:15 Middle School Girls

                                    11:45 Middle School Boys

                                    12:15pm – MS AWARDS

                                    12:30pm Elementary 1K (Grades 3-5) and AWARDS immediately after

ENTRY FEES:          $50.00 per team / $90 for Boys & Girls team per school, $15 per individual

Elementary Runners - $5.00

(We appreciate that your entry fee is paid when you pick up your packets)

Tri-State Racer will be doing Race timing!  Please be sure to enter on Athletic.net by Thursday, October 3^rd.

BUS PARKING will be at the Softball Parking Lot at Greenbrier East HS – right beside of the State Fair grounds.

SPECTATOR PARKING:  We will have designated parking areas on the grounds of the State Fair Ground – you will enter the parking lot at the main entrance of the Public Fair Parking entrance and guided to parking.  We have no meet entrance fee however we are charging a $5.00 per car fee to help cover meet expenses.

PACKET PICKUP tent will be near the Finish Line – see the setup of TriState Racer.

CONCESSIONs:  will be available through different food vendors set up on site.

TENT CITY: several areas will be noted to put your team tents up. 

BATHROOMs:  Are available on site as we are on the State Fair Parking Area.

            Awards:  Team Award for Top 2 places and Individual Top 10 runners in each race.

DIRECTIONS:  From I-64 take the Lewisburg Exit 169, proceed on 219 South, you will stay on Rt. 219 for approximately 4 miles.  Once you past Burger King, the road will fork into a two lane.  Proceed to get into the right lane as you pass 84-Lumber will travel approximately 1 mile with the State Fair Grounds Public Parking Entrance on the Right.  Buses can drop athletes off and proceed to the far left of the parking area crossing over between the Softball field and East Football Stadium for bus parking.
